Sealed proposals endorsed Snow Removal Services, will be received at the Birmingham Shopping District, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009 until 12:00 p.m. on March 17, 2025 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Birmingham Shopping District (“BSD”) is accepting sealed bid proposals from qualified professional Contractors to provide snow removal services for a period of three (3) years, with an option for renewal for a two year extension. This work must be performed as specified in accordance with the specifications contained in the Request For Proposals (RFP).
The RFP, including the Specifications, may be obtained online from the Michigan Inter-governmental Trade Network at http://www.mitn.info or at the City of Birmingham, 151 Martin Street, Birmingham, Michigan 48009, and ATTENTION: Erika Bassett, available at 248-530-1250 or via email at ebassett@bhamgov.org.
The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City or BSD until an agreement has been executed.
