Sealed proposals endorsed "Spreaders, July 29, 2003" will be received at the office of the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton Road, Birmingham, Michigan, until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2003, after which time no further bids will be accepted, and at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read.
