Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Water Utility Customer Portal Sealed bid proposals endorsed “Water Utility Customer Portal”, will be received at the Department of Public Services, 851 S. Eton, Birmingham, Michigan, 48009; until 1:00 PM, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 after which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the specifications prepared by the City of Birmingham, Department of Public Services. Specifications are available exclusively via the Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Water Utility Customer Portal”. The date and time of the bid opening must be marked on the envelope. The City of Birmingham reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity in a bid when deemed in the best interest of the City. The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding upon the City until a written purchase order has been delivered to the successful bidder.
