Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide actuarial services related to the City’s Post-Employment Benefits other than Pensions (OPEB). The actuarial valuation will be a three (3) year valuation performed in accordance with the reporting requirements of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) and applicable actuarial standards issued by the Actuarial Standards Board.
