RFI-OR-2013-01 - Engineering and Hydrogeological Services - Well Field Phase II

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Professional Engineering and Hydrogeological Firms for the Cadillac Municipal Well Field Phase II project. This project will consist of the continuation of the development of additional potable water well supply sources in order to abandon the City’s existing well field, which is located in an industrial area and subject to potential groundwater contamination. Phase I of the project has been completed with the recent development of the new Crosby Road Well Field site, which included 3 1000 GPM wells, well houses, service building, control system upgrades and water transmission main. Phase I of the project was funded through the MDEQ DWRF program and included principal forgiveness through Green Project Reserve funding. Similar funding sources will be sought to assist with the completion of Phase II.
