2023-03 - HMA Resurfacing - Multiple Locations

The City of Cadillac is inviting bids for HMA resurfacing in multiple locations throughout the City. The work includes the following approximate quantities of major items for multiple locations if fully awarded: 19,400 Syd Cold Milling; 7,400 Syd HMA Crushing & Shaping; 3,200 Ton HMA, 4EL. Contract documents and detailed specifications may be obtained from the office of the project engineer:  Prein & Newhof, 100 East Chapin Street, Suite A, Cadillac, MI 49601 (231) 468-3456 at a nonrefundable cost of $20.00 per mailed set of plans. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond and labor and material bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
 
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance, Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street, Cadillac, Michigan 49601 and clearly marked “HMA RESURFACING - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS” by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened at the Cadillac Municipal Complex.
