2023-01 - Lake Management Consulting Services 2023

Summary of Specifications:
The city wishes to retain a Lake Management Consultant for the next three calendar years (2023, 2024, and 2025). Beginning in 2026, this contract will automatically renew in one (1) year increments for an indefinite period of time. Annual contractual fees may increase up to the rate of inflation, calculated using the annual increase in the Consumer Price Index for All Items as of September 30 each year. The City reserves the right to re-bid this service at any time after the initial 3-year period. If either party does not wish to extend or continue the agreement, notice must be provided to other party at least 60 days prior to the end of the current calendar year, or anytime with a 90 day written notice.
