Summary of Specifications:
The City of Cadillac (“the City”) is seeking bids for one (1) 2014 model year, all-wheel drive police patrol vehicle (PPV).

The specifications for the PPV must meet the required specifications from the State of Michigan Specification #3905-0010A (Appendix 1 of bid packet) for an all-wheel drive PPV. Several additional features are also required. Base and optional features are attached to the full bid packet as Appendix 2. Any deviations from required specifications must be clearly explained in an attachment to the bidding document.
