This Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project Prime Professional and Construction Management Services is open to all interested firms to provide comprehensive project prime professional engineering and comprehensive construction management services throughout preconstruction, construction, and post construction phases, as well as project reporting, compliance, and support of community engagement. The Project Prime Professional shall prepare the plans, specifications and bid documents for the project, and oversee project construction.
The City of Center Line received Spark grant funding administered by the Council of Michigan Foundations through a partnership with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources to enhance recreation opportunities at Memorial Park, located at 25355 Lawrence Ave., Center Line, MI 48015.
This project will upgrade and enhance existing tennis courts at Memorial Park in Center Line's crown jewel recreational space in the heart of metro-Detroit. The park features (2) fenced tennis courts that are dilapidated and unsafe for recreational use. The City plans to do a full reconstruction of the tennis courts area to include new fencing and a surface that could be used for both tennis and pickleball.
