Summary of Specifications:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking proposals for Certified Environmental Testing and Clearance Services Company for the Residential Rehabilitation Program. This project is fully funded by Federal Funds from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program administered by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. This project may be subject to all applicable HUD Rules and Regulations including Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rules and Regulations and all applicable City Regulations.
