Additional Bidding Instructions

Design samples will be accepted in hard copy. Hard copy design samples MUST be clearly labeled as such: “RFP 021325 - Professional Design for City of Dearborn Magazine,” and reference your company name, and ATTN: Jason Pich. Hard copies should be dropped of at 16901 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI, 48126.

Quote submittals and design samples MUST be received by February 25 at 3 p.m. (EST) to receive consideration. The PRICE QUOTE FORM, company information, and references must be uploaded to the MITN website.

Additional design samples may also be submitted electronically, should the designer wish to include digital versions of the required hard copies.

Respondent/Designer shall submit three (3) samples of different magazines or similar work that have been designed by the proposed graphic designer using a four-color printing process. If submitting hard copies, the respondent must provide two (2) sets of each sample.
