Sealed Bids for 2021 CDBG Ramps will be received at the office of the City of Dexter until 2:00
PM local time, on October 19, 2021, by the office of the City Clerk located at 8123 Main St.,
#2, Dexter MI, 48130. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as
follows:
Removal and replacement of corner ramps using CDBG funds.
The Contract Documents for this project are on file and may be examined on Michigan
Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) after 2:00 pm, October 19, 2021. Bid Documents
must be obtained by registering for the MITN system as follows: Visit www.mitn.info, select
registration on the right of the page, and complete the vendor registration. For questions
regarding MITN call 800-677-1997.
Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than
five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid.
The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled
closing time for receipt of the Bids.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held October 7, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Taylor Ct. and Wilson
Drive.
