ITB-JB-097 - City of Dexter 2025 Road Program

Sealed Bids for 2025 Road Program will be received at the office of the City of Dexter until 2:00pm local time, on March 20, 2025, by the office of the City Manager located at 3515 Broad St, Dexter, MI, 48130. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows: Approximately 0.23 miles of resurfacing on Carrington Dr, Coventry Cir, S Downs Dr, and Preston Cir in Dexter, MI. The work shall also include curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramp replacements, structure adjustments, and driveway approach replacements. 

The City is offering residents of the Dexter Crossing and Huron Farms subdivisions the opportunity to replace their driveway curb drops and upper driveway at the residents’ expense. An estimated quantity of curb drops and driveway removal and replace is included in the bid form, however, the actual quantity and addresses is unknown and will be provided to the contractor after bid award.
