Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the notation "Sealed Bid, Water Tower Repainting". bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bids will be received after the time stated above. Mailing Address: 8140 Main St., Dexter, MI 48130; Physical Address: 8123 Main St., 2nd Floor of PNC Bank, Dexter, MI 48130.
Pre-Qualification: Prior to submitting a bid, bidders must be prequalified by the Engineer. A prequalification application may be obtained at the office of NTEC, Inc. 16240 National Parkway, Lansing, MI 48906 (517-321-1692).
