412021 - Aquatic Center- Sand Play Improvements

1.    Perform all site work demolition, removals and protection elements as designated by plans sheet 2.    Furnish, install, and remove when directed all soil erosion and sedimentation control measures.
3.    Furnish and install freezeless yard hydrant.
4.    Furnish and install perforated drain pipe.
5.    Excavate for and install concrete ramp and pads including subbase materials.
6.    Asphalt patching as required to restore area of concrete removal.
7.    Install tree.
8.    Install new topsoil mix and seed.
9.    Install new 12’ wide chain link gate.
10.    Restore areas disturbed by construction.
11.    Alternate 1: Furnish and install bench swing.

The project also includes layout and staking, cleanup and restoration and all incidental work necessary to complete the project and provide a functional system.
