ELFAC will be closed for the 2021 season due to the COVID 19 pandemic, so work does not need to be scheduled around pool use. However, other capital projects may be occurring simultaneously with the work addressed in this proposal.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Vendors may submit proposals by hard copy or electronically. The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 26, 2021.

In-person or via Postal Service: Submit proposals in a sealed envelope labeled "Sealed bid" and marked with the project name and bidder identification. The Proposal may either be mailed or hand delivered to the Asst. Director of Parks and Recreation at City of East Lansing, 819 Abbot Road, East Lansing, Michigan 48823.

Electronic Submission: An electronic copy of the proposal documents shall be submitted to Wendy Wilmers Longpre, Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, City of East Lansing at wlongpr@cityofeastlansing.com. The subject line of the electronic correspondence is to read: “Proposal: ELFAC Water Slide and Structure Refurbishment” and the Proposal is to be submitted as an attachment, in .pdf format.
