The City is seeking one or more professional engineering consulting firm(s) to provide varying engineering services on an as-needed basis for the City’s Engineering Division’s review functions, program implementation, infrastructure projects and other engineering duties during all of FY 2022 (July 1, 2021 thru June 30, 2022), FY 2023 (July 1, 2022 thru June 30, 2023), FY 2024 (July 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2024) and possibly longer if an extension can be mutually negotiated.

One hard copy any one electronic copy of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. If mailed, send the proposal to Department of Public Works, City of East Lansing, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI. 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, MI.

The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the professional services contract for which the proposal is offered.

The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 27, 2021.
