Description

The purpose is to select a firm to prepare a Risk and Resilience Assessment of the East Lansing – Meridian Water and Sewer Authority (“Authority”) Drinking Water Treatment Plant and Systems, and including the City of East Lansing’s Water Distribution System and the Charter Township of Meridian’s Water Distribution System (“Combined Risk and Resilience Assessment”). Following completion and certification of the Combined Risk and Resilience Assessment, if so authorized, prepare updates to the individual Emergency Response Plan for each entity separately. This Combined Risk and Resilience Assessment and the following ERP Updates shall meet the requirements of Section 2013 of the America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018.
