Description

The City of East Lansing is requesting qualified civil engineering consultants to submit proposals for performing survey, design and inspection services for the 2021 Major Street project on Abbot Road. The identified project is currently programmed in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) to receive Federal and local agency funding. The scope of work includes completing a topographic survey of existing conditions, drainage structure evaluations, design, preparing final plans, specifications, engineering estimate and inspection of the project. The proposed limits on Abbot Road are from Saginaw Street (BR-69) north to Lake Lansing Road.
