Electronic submission:
The proposal documents may be submitted electronically via e-mail to dpwengineering@cityofeastlansing.com. The subject line should clearly delineate that the message is a proposal submission and include the project name and name of the firm submitting the proposal.
Hard copy submission:
Three of copies of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. If mailed, send the proposal to Department of Public Works, City of East Lansing, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI, 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, MI.
The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the particular professional services contract for which the proposal is offered.
The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 29, 2025.
Firms submitting a proposal may be asked to meet with the City staff to review their firm’s contract conditions, qualifications, capabilities, costs and other pertinent issues before selection of a firm for recommendation to the City Council for approval
