Three hard copies and an electronic copy of the proposal documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope. If mailed, send the proposal to Department of Public Works, City of East Lansing, 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI. 48823. If hand delivered, submit the proposal to the Department of Public Works at 1800 E. State Road, East Lansing, MI.

The envelope shall be clearly marked on the exterior denoting the name of the firm submitting the proposal and the name of the particular contract for which the proposal is offered.

The proposals shall be submitted by no later than 2:00 P.M., February 1st, 2024.
