The City of Eastpointe is seeking professional consulting services from a qualified and experienced firm to create and implement a 2025-2045 Master Plan, as well as to create a new Economic Development and Placemaking Strategy Plan. The Plans must meet the requirements of the MEDC Redevelopment Ready Community program, the MSHDA Readiness Incentive Enhancement Grant Award to the City and the SEMCOG Planning Assistance Grant Award to the City. Both grant agreements are included with the bid documents.
