Description

The City of Ecorse is seeking to qualify Organizations to provide Building Department Services (Building Official, Building Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Mechanical Inspector and Plumbing Inspector) for the City of Ecorse.
The scope of work shall consist of the following items, but shall not be limited to:
Review plans for the issuance of permits and inspect the construction of residential houses and buildings and nonresidential buildings and structures of any size or height, such as, office buildings, retail stores, etc. to determine that associated construction activities comply with approved plans and/or applicable codes and ordinances. Interpret legal requirements and recommend compliance procedures to Organizations, craft workers and owners is also part of this contract.
All Organizations who would like to be considered for these services are invited to submit their qualifications per the attached documents by Monday, August 5, 2019 by 3:00pm to:
