Summary of Specifications:
This work shall include but is not limited to Professional engineering services for the design and quality control of public works and construction projects, general engineering services for sanitary and storm sewer systems, water distribution and other municipal improvements. The City Engineer shall assign a qualified registered engineer to conduct engineering review of site plans for multiple family housing, apartments, subdivisions, shopping complexes, and other residential, industrial and commercial establishments. The engineering review encompasses roads, storm and sanitary sewers, water supply systems, parking lot grades and site drainage, and other utilities as necessary.
