RFP for MFPs and Service
The City of Ecorse is issuing this RFP for MFPs. We are seeking a three year contract with a need for the following:
All of the devices need to be able to print, copy, fax, and scan to network drive, scan to/from external USB drive, two sided printing and scanning, and have Ethernet connection.
We need a pool of 7,500 B&W prints and 12,000 color prints each month
Seven (7) MFPs
- Minimum 60 PPM (Pages per minute) in color
- Has a high capacity input tray (Minimum 1500 sheets)
- Minimum 100 sheet bypass tray
- Dual Cassette 2 x 520 sheets
- Can staple 50+ sheets at once on 24lb. or less paper
- High capacity (minimum 1500) ADF (Automatic document feeder)
- 11x17 paper capability along with legal and letter
- Stapler Finisher Top Tray 250 sheet with bottom tray 3000 sheet
One(1) Color Laser Printer
- Minimum 40 PPM color
- Duplex Printing
- Minimum two 550-Sheet input tray
- Minimum 100 page Multipurpose tray
- Letter and legal size media
A service contract that includes equipment, service, supplies and troubleshooting (except for staples and paper.)
Delivery, Installation, Initial Supplies, and training
Bidding will be open until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 23nd, 2024. Bids can be dropped off in a sealed envelope at the Clerk’s office to be time stamped, or it can be emailed to the Clerk. The time stamp on the email that is received will be used as your turn in time. We are not responsible if your email does not come in a timely manner.
