The City of Ecorse will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am local time on Tuesday, November
30, 2021, at the offices of the City Clerk, City of Ecorse, 3869 West Jefferson Avenue,
Ecorse, Michigan 48229, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and
read aloud.
A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety
company, payable to the City of Ecorse, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%)
of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of
bids.
The City of Ecorse reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any
irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory
performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
