RFP-FH-12-13-1713 - AVAYA Phone System Maintenance/Support

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills is accepting proposals to provide Avaya authorized maintenance services and support services for the city’s networked phone system. It is the City’s intention to have the selected vendor provide complete support and most maintenance of the systems for the period designated. Only proposals submitted by Avaya, the manufacturer direct, or an Avaya Authorized Business partner will be considered. Preference will be give to those vendors that hold an Avaya Platinum or higher certification.
