Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills is accepting proposals for multi year contract from interested professional food service firms with previous experience in the operation of a banquet and conference center food service facilities as well as event planning. The food service operation consists of the banquet/kitchen operation for Longacre House, Costick Center and Grant Community Center to include wait staff, exclusive food service for the banquet rooms, bartenders and assistance with procurement of beer, wine, liquor, and champagne (where applicable).
