ITB-fh-16-17-1964 - DPW Roof Replacement & Restoration

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills is soliciting bids for an HPR Modified Roof Replacement, Single-Ply Fluid Applied Restoration coating, wall sealant and all associated work for the DPW Building located at 27245 Halsted Road. The project consists of removing a portion of the existing roof down to the deck, installing an insulation system, HPR Modified asphalt based roof membrane and all associated work. Another portion of the roof and wall system shall be restored with a Fluid Applied Restoration coating. The City of Farmington Hills has determined minimum performance criteria as identified in the bid documents. This project is utilizing the US Communities purchasing contract for roof related materials.
