Summary of Specifications:
The City will contract for the demolition and removal of structure and debris at 21175 Inkster Road, Farmington Hills, Michigan. The two story residential building with basement, built in 1948 is approximately 1,014 square feet of floor area with a foundation size of 676 square feet. See attached building information. The property is located north of Eight Mile Road on Inkster. All structures including the house and garage will be removed. The entire foundation including floors will be removed from both structures. Due care is required to protect trees in both the front and back yards and the neighboring structures. The driveway will also be removed. See complete specifications for entire project scope.
