The City of Farmington Hills is seeking the services of a firm to provide design /build services for City Hall entrance at 31555 Eleven Mile Road, Farmington Hills, MI. The selected firm will provide complete design/build and construction project management services, including management of pre-construction, construction, and post construction phase activities. Representative examples of broad range of services to be provided may include, but are not limited to, budget and cost estimating; constructability review; tabulation and recommendation for bids; scheduling; on-site supervision; progress meetings; quality control; document review and processing including progress payments; consultation services to the City; and project close out.
