Summary of Specifications:
The Cities of Farmington Hills Communications Division require the purchase of a new digital recording system. Specifications reference a specific make and model in order to establish a minimum acceptable standard. This standard is not intended to eliminate any company from the bidding process. Deviations shall be clearly called out and explained. Failure to follow these instructions may be cause for elimination of bid from consideration. Compliance with the "spirit" of the specification is not acceptable. Some deviations from specification may be accepted provided it is determined to be in the best interest of the City.
