Summary of Specifications:
The City of Farmington Hills, Michigan is seeking Statements of Qualification for services to assist in the Sisters of Mercy Campus Storm Water Retrofit Project. These services are funded by a grant under the Rouge River National Wet Weather Demonstration Project being administered by Wayne County Dept. of Environment and funded in part through USEPA. The grants will identify goals for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE) participation including both minority owned (MBE) and women owned (WBE) participation. The grant requires a goal of awarding up to 30% of the dollar value for grant fundable tasks of the contracts to DBE’s (20% to MBE’s and 10% to WBE’s). Proposers are requested to indicate their willingness and ability to comply with the DBE goals for the grant funded portions of the above described work tasks.
