ITB-fh-05-06-1243 - Fire Station #3 Sidewalks

Summary of Specifications:
Scope of this Bid Package: The work to be included in this bid package shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply and installation, in accordance with the plans and specifications, of the following: 

1. Supply and install Right of way sidewalks 2. Supply and install sidewalk base 3. Excavate for sidewalks 4. Remove and restore all landscaping disturbed, and or added in the Right of Way 5. Contractors must adhere to the latest Davis-Bacon Wage decision for the subject project. The contractor must pay employees the appropriate wage and fringe benefits. The contractor must also submit a certified payroll to verify they are in compliance with the wage decision. The City of Farmington Hills will be conducting on-site interviews with employees to verify the appropriate wages are being paid.
