Summary of Specifications:
The proposal shall include all costs to provide the printing of tax bill statements and/or assessment notices and/or personal property statements, folding, insertion, address verification, presorting and mail preparation to receive the lowest possible first class postal rate, and mail delivery to a United States Post Office. Vendor will ensure that all material will be appropriately marked to meet all current Postal Codes and will provide all documentation required by the post office to complete the mailing.
