The City of Farmington Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified firm (s) to print and mail the tax bills, and/or assessment notices, and/or personal property statements for the City of Farmington Hills. The services shall include printing of tax bill statements and/or assessment notices and/or personal property statements; folding; insertion; address verification; presorting and mail preparation to receive the lowest possible first-class postal rate; and mail delivery to a United States Post Office.
