Summary of Specifications:
The work primarily consists of: Installing 3,500 lineal feet of 8-inch water main along Pilgrim Avenue from Orchard Avenue to Woodward Heights Boulevard and along Orchard Avenue from Farrow Street to Pilgrim Avenue.

Included in the work is the replacement of existing gate valves and fire hydrants, water services, abandonments, testing, concrete pavement and base repairs, concrete curb and gutter replacement, asphalt milling and resurfacing, restoration and other miscellaneous work items.
