The City of Ferndale is starting construction on a new 4 level cast-in-place parking structure. The project consists of 1 level below grade and 4 levels above grade. The existing site is a partial surface parking lot and existing alley. The site work consists of new utility taps to feed the deck as well as a new alley. In addition, Troy Street and Allen Road will be re-built to include new brick paver surfacing and decorative finishes. The structure consists of new drilled pier foundations, conventional grade beams, elevator pits, cast-in-place structure, glass & glazing, architectural wall panel systems and green wall systems, and MEP systems.
