RFP-DD-2012-01 - On Call Building Department Services

Summary of Specifications:
The qualified firm will be responsible to provide as needed plan review and construction code inspection and administration services within the City of Ferndale for all categories of construction where the owners are undertaking any construction or renovation requiring a permit under the State Code, from the start of the project through completion, including certifying that all completed construction work meets the requirements set forth by the State of Michigan Bureau of Construction Codes. The qualified firm may also be responsible for assisting the City to adopt procedures for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections and permit issuance.
