Include robust customer service support; flexible programming options to cover the breadth of activities offered; a professional, secure, user-friendly front- and back-end interface, and

Provide easy-to-use tools and features to increase efficiencies among staff, volunteers, and users, generate data, develop various comprehensive reports, and minimize payment processing costs for users.

Additional Bidding Instructions

lwheeler@ferndalemi.gov with the subject line “Question Re: Ferndale RFP”. Questions will be accepted until Monday, January 20, 2020.

Qualified firms must provide the bid proposal via PDF, emailed to
lwheeler@ferndalemi.gov, no later than Monday, February 10, 2020.

Firms should obtain email confirmation to guarantee receipt of submittal. Hard copies will not be accepted except in extreme circumstances.
