Parties submitting a bid response must provide the following information via pdf to eloomis@ferndalemi.gov when submitting digitally, or with a sealed envelope hand delivered to Ferndale City Hall, 300 East Nine Mile Rd. Ferndale MI, 48220, no later than 06/29/2022 at 12pm EST.

Information for all purchasers: Name, address, phone number; LLC’s must provide current and

full contact information of their Resident agent.

Description of intended use of the property, e.g. occupancy by purchaser, renovation and sale for market rate, renovation and sale below market rate, long term rental property (leases for periods of six months or longer per calendar year), long term rental property accepting of housing assistance vouchers/placement programs, short term rental property (occupied by individual parties for 28 or few days per calendar year), etc.
