2017-11-13-1000-1 - Garden City Fire Station Boiler and Radiant Heat Replacement

The City of Garden City is using federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to replace the
boiler and radiant heat at the City-owned Garden City Fire Station. As such, there are a number of
administrative, labor, and equal employment opportunity requirements that must be adhered to in
bidding, procuring services, and completing the project. Please review all of the enclosed standards
carefully and responsibly, as the lowest responsible bidder will be required to comply with all
requirements. The City reserves the right to not award a contract. Upon mutual agreement of the City,
contractor, and product manufacturers the Specifications may change based on changes to best practices
or the acceptance of better construction techniques.
