Summary of Specifications:
The City of Garden City is seeking bids for HD cameras and accessories for use in their existing video production system at Garden City City Hall. Three HD pan, tilt, zoom cameras and one fixed wide shot HD camera would be installed in the City’s Council Chambers, which also doubles as a district court, with three HD PTZ cameras installed in the City’s television studio located in the basement of City Hall. Cameras would integrate with the existing Tricaster 800 production computer. Cameras would be installed using HD-SDI certified cable for video purposes with appropriate cabling installed for PTZ functions and camera control operation (focus, zoom, white balance, color correction, etc). PVC tubing (conduit) located on south side of building will be used to connect wires from Council Chambers to GCTV control room-located in basement of building. TV studio is located adjacent to studio. Bid would include a minimum 16 by 16 router to accommodate new and legacy equipment that is included in system.
