NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SEALED BIDS will be received at the Office of the Clerk/Treasurer, located in the Civic Center, 6000 Middlebelt Road, Garden City, Michigan 48135-2499, on or before March 19, 2018 at 10:00 AM for the following item:
2(two) 60" Zero Turn Riding Mowers
LAWN MOWER SPECIFICATIONS
1.) It is the intent of the City of Garden City to obtain various prices for two(2) 60" deck, zero turn riding mowers.
2)Vendors are allowed to bid multiple type units with different features. For each bid submitted, information must include make, model number, manufacturer's information, and features included with that bid price. Include warranty information.
3)Bids will be reviewed and the units will be selected which represents the best value for the city.
4)In addition, there is a location on the proposal sheet where the vendor is requested to indicate the time estimate from "notice to proceed" until delivery of the unit.
5)There is also a location to indicate a credit should the city pick the unit of from the dealer.
6) No insurance/Bonding is required for this procurement
