A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., Local Time, at the City of
Grosse Pointe Farms’ Pier Park Community Building, located at 350 Lake Shore Road, Grosse Pointe Farms,
Michigan 48236. Allow adequate travel time prior to the meeting to travel through security, park, and walk to
the building located at the east end of the property. Bidders should be in attendance at this meeting and sign in
on the forms provided at the meeting. A site tour to walk the Country Club of Detroit for the extents of the work
locations on the Country Club of Detroit’s property, located at 220 Country Club Drive, Grosse Pointe Farms,
Michigan 48236, will be held following the meeting. This site tour is intended as a means to determine quantities
or further address all aspects of the Work on Country Club property. It is recommended the Bidder visit the work
locations in the City’s right of way at a different time before submitting a bid. Attendees shall bring appropriate
personal protective equipment (PPE) while visiting the work locations. Any verbal instructions or answers to
questions during the site visit are not a part of the contract documents and cannot be used as a basis for bid
pricing. All questions regarding the substance of the project must be submitted via e-mail to the Engineering
contact Nathaniel Coffin, P.E. at ncoffin@hrcengr.com no later than the Pre-Bid Question Deadline date of
Monday, February 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., Local Time.
