WATER AND SEWER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
The City of Hamtramck is accepting proposals for the WATER AND SEWER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES City of Hamtramck, Wayne County, Michigan
The proposed contract is for the repairs and maintenance of the existing water and sewer systems within the City of Hamtramck. This project will consist of the repairs of water main breaks, fire hydrant repairs and replacements, gate valve repairs and replacements along with the required repairs to the existing sewer systems within the City. Additionally, manhole and catch basin repairs and replacements. This contract will be for a three year period with the option for a two year extension based on the overall performance of the bidder. The anticipated start date of this contract is April 1, 2016 and ending on or about March 31, 2019

Contract Documents (specifications and attachments) may be purchased at: Hennessey Engineers, Inc., 13500 Reeck Road, Southgate, Michigan, 48195 After 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 and upon payment of a fee of $40.00 per document, $50.00 if mailed, which is nonrefundable. Please contact Hennessey Engineers at 734-759-1600, 24 hours in advance to request a hard copy. Also, the documents are available on CD for a fee of $10.00 per CD or if mailed, $20.00.
The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
