Description

The City of Highland Park (“City”) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors (“Contractor”) to provide diagnostic, maintenance and emergency electrical services on an as-needed basis for the City. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service and the shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work. The City does not guarantee either a minimum volume of work or a specific volume of work.

Sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, Highland Park City Hall, 12050 Woodward Avenue, Highland Park, MI 48203 by due date and time. Electronic bids will NOT be considered. Public recording of bids will be held at the April 1, 2024 Highland Park City Council meeting, Highland Park City Hall. Bidders must use the bid sheet included in the RFQ (Attachment B).
