Description

The City of Huntington Woods is seeking a professional services contractor to manage IT services for the City. The City facilities consist of City Hall, Public Safety, Department of Public Works, Library, and Recreation Center. All servers are at City Hall with fiber running to each of the buildings. The City has roughly 50 desktop computers the majority running Windows 10 with a few Windows 7 machines remaining at not critical areas. We use BS&A Software with an in house server. We utilize Office 365 with online licensing. The Recreation Department utilizes RecPro software for their recreation services. The City uses Revize for the website and it is maintained in house by employees.

The City is seeking a firm to provide third party IT services to include the following:

Antivirus, antispam, and antispyware protection
Server monitoring and improvement recommendations
Domain and security maintenance including maintaining DNS and SSL Certificates.
Software license oversight including renewals
Data Backups
Helpdesk services as needed
General IT support
