Summary of Specifications:
The City of Inkster invites interested firms/individuals to submit written proposals to 

provide legal services which cover the scope of its’ municipal affairs that are related to legal matters which are generally associated with those duties which are performed by a City Attorney. These services will be provided on a contractual basis for a three-year period. There is a possible renewal option upon mutual consent of both parties under the same terms and conditions. Rates will remain the same throughout the length of the contract. The City may elect to seek competitive proposals at any time. Based on the quoted rates, the performance of the firm and such other factors as are determined by the City to be relevant to the retention of counsel, the City will decide whether to continue the relationship for the next year.
