Sealed proposals for 21-001 CLINTON STREET AND GLICK HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION will be received by the City of Jackson Purchasing Agent, 161 W. Michigan Avenue, 10th Floor, Jackson, Michigan, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2020 until 9:00:00 AM.
The work includes the following partial listing of items with approximate quantities:
0.17 miles of water main replacement on Glick Hwy and Clinton Street between Homecrest and Blackstone Street. Contract also includes 1) street reconstruction on Clinton Street from the west dead-end to Blackstone with concrete curb and gutter replacement and full-depth pavement replacement, 2) non-motorized concrete trail construction with decorative street lighting on Glick Hwy between Homecrest and Blackstone, 3) concrete sidewalk construction on Glick Hwy between Blackstone and Jackson and 4) the removal and restoration of vegetation at the intersection of First Street and Washington Avenue. Project is located in the City of Jackson, Michigan.

Original bid documents are to sent via USPS for delivery after the bid opening.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM. A Zoom meeting invitation will be sent to the email that has submitted your bid.
Bidders will be required to meet the City of Jackson's prequalification requirements prior to bid opening. Bidders must be prequalified for Streets (A) and Watermain (I)
